Why Choose A Roberto's Wood Fired Oven?

Video: How to put you wood fired oven kit together

Roberto's Easy to Build Wood Fired Ovens

  Q. What are they made of?
  A. Roberto's Wood Fired Ovens are made up of fifteen separate modules of
lightweight refractory concrete, moulded into shapes that fit and lock together,
forming the base, two side walls and the top of the oven. The front wall incorporates
the opening for the metal door.
  Q. Do they come fully assembled?
  A. No the modules are transported un-assembled for ease of transportation. This is
great news for people who may have sites that are too difficult for an assembled
oven. For example steep sites or those with narrow access.
  Q. Do we need to provide anything?
  A. The modules are assembled onto a prepared base of brickwork or similar, usually
provided by the owner of the premises.
Plans are available here on our website on the ovens page.
  Q. Can we pick the finished colour?
  A. Yes an exoskeleton of Flexipoint, an acrylic compound, is applied to the exterior of
the assembled modules. You can choose the finish for this from our range of over 30
       colours.
  Q. What about the tiles?
  A. The face of the oven is finished with tiles, chosen by the owner, from our range of
       colours.
  Q. How can we tell how hot the oven is?
  A. The oven comes complete with a thermometer for measuring the internal temperature.
  Q. What can we cook in a Roberto's wood fired oven?
  A. Absolutely everything that can be cooked in a domestic gas or electric oven. And simply
by using a steel or cast-iron griddle (available from your barbeque store), the oven
converts to a barbeque. The thermometer provided allows you to adjust the temperature
inside simply by flattening or building up the fire.
  Q. How safe are they?
  A. Roberto's Wood Fired Ovens incorporate thermal insulation in the moulded modules
that make up the structure of the product. Even after hours of use, the exterior
of the oven, although quite warm, will not be hot enough to burn anyone that touches it.
  Q. How do they compare in price to other wood fired ovens?
  A. Roberto's Wood Fired Ovens are the least expensive wood fired ovens available to-day.
  Q. How soon can I use my Roberto's Wood Fired Oven?
  A. Same day !!! Within minutes of finished construction.
